  1. Love your detox foods. I eat almost all of those daily! I am guilty of caffeine and sugar though. I am addicted to cookies I swear, I went on a week free of all added sugar treats and have slowly incorporated them back into my diet..to keep them as a treat not a staple. HAha.

  2. Hey! I’m doing a cleanse at the moment and love these lists! Those top 5 toxic foods were top on my list when I was looking to remove harmful foods. I’m happy to see I eat those detoxifying foods in abundance too (except garlic- my digestive system doesn’t tolerate it so well!)

  3. I can never give up my coffee. Oh well, it seems to work fine for me at the moment! And I love lemon, kale, and broccoli I’ve been eating them like crazy lately!
