Sadie is the founder of barre3 exercise studios where she creates classes inspired by three of her favorite disciplines: ballet barre work, yoga and Pilates. (aka my perfect work out!)
Sadie was very sweet and got to know all of us before and after the class. She was genuinely interested in hearing all of our stories about how we learned about Barre3 and what brought us to the class.

During the class we used exercise balls & mats (she often uses weights also.) Intense work out- a lots of legs and butt exercises. The hour 1/2 went by really quickly!
